GAPP is the urban design and masterplanning lead for this the 27 hectare Ilubirin Waterfront Development on Lagos Island, Nigeria.

Guided by our masterplan, public realm plan and development guideline work, continue to coordinate and provide design guidance to the client as well as the engineering, environmental , landscape and architecture specialists as project implementation proceeds.

Our ongoing role includes design input to project feasibilities and marketing efforts.
